Les Gwada Boys sont allés chercher, mardi soir à Managua, une troisième qualification de suite pour la Gold Cup en dominant le Nicaragua (0-1). Comme au match aller au Gosier (victoire 1-0), les hommes de Jocelyn Angloma ont su parfaitement manoeuvrer leurs adversaires, pour, d’abord résister mais aussi souffrir jusqu’à la pause, puis piquer là où ça fait mal.

Le poison en chef pour les locaux s’appelait Raphaël Mirval, lequel décrochait à la 64e minute une frappe puissante dans la lucarne du but du portier du Nicaragua. Un but somptueux qui envoyait les Gwada Boys aux Etats-Unis pour disputer la phase de groupe de la plus prestigieuse compétition internationale de la CONCACAF ! Bravo messieurs, bravo coach Angloma et son staff !
